IS内部沟通机制的三个主要会议：项目周例会，项目铁三角经营会，项目指委会。

用了一个月的时间在规范周例会，前面四次会议，固网，承载，核心网，内容规范，参会及时，谢谢你们的支持。
上周会议的问题，我单独和各个子团队负责人有沟通，请本周例会改善；另外增加对PO及物流的问题跟踪，也请支持。
六月开始会议纪要群发给大家，既然公司有这么个制度，项目组定这么个要求，就一定会按照既定目标推下去。

原来计划每月两次项目铁三角经营会，考虑每周有周例会，每月有指委会，我不再坚持要求单独开项目铁三角经营会，而且优化掉一次周会。
铁三角经营会每月一次，和某周（一般月中）的周例会一起开，与周例会相比，增加经营指标及预测即可（定/收/收/临时合同/库存积压）。铁三角AB角必须至少有一参加；
指委会例会时间是大老板定的，确定开指委会例会的那周，不再单独开周例会，只做胶片（业绩预测/问题/资源）收集。铁三角AB角必须参加；
