责任部门分配节点用于选择任务负责人，并把任务分配给选中的人。
从待办事项栏中找到需要分配的问题，点击问题标题，进入分配页面。
分配页面如下图所示。

The responsible department allocates the nodes to the responsible person, and assigns the task to the selected person. From the question to be found in the work item to be assigned to the problem, click on the problem title, access to the allocation page. The distribution page is shown in the following diagram.
